FluxDrive subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FluxDrive for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at hello@insolitum.ai with your account email address. We will process your refund request promptly.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle and credited to your original payment method:
- •Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- •PayPal: 3-5 business days
- •Other methods: May vary depending on your payment provider
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- •Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- •You will not be charged for the next billing period
- •Your account will revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
